Chennai, Jan 13 (NationPress) Actor Sivakarthikeyan expressed his heartfelt thanks for the accolades he has received for his role in director Sudha Kongara's historical film 'Parasakthi'. On Tuesday, he revealed that Superstar Rajinikanth called him to convey his commendation, referring to the film as a "very bold movie".

During a press conference organized by the 'Parasakthi' team to thank the media for their support, Sivakarthikeyan shared, "Rajinikanth sir, my Thalaivar, called yesterday and praised the film saying, 'Very bold movie. Superb second half, superb second half!'.

Sivakarthikeyan recalled that Rajinikanth also complimented his performance as fantastic.

He mentioned, "I've been receiving numerous calls and well wishes from industry peers. A big thanks to all of them."

Additionally, he noted that actor and politician Kamal Haasan had also expressed his admiration for the film. Sivakarthikeyan stated, "Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan saw this film and appreciated it.
