The first case involved Anil Kumar Tripathi, the son of Amar Nath Tripathi, from Barra, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), who had been missing from his home. He was located wandering in the Katra market area.
Upon observing his situation, police teams promptly took action to verify his identity and locate his family. After diligent efforts, his family was located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and he was safely returned to them after all necessary legal processes were completed.
In a second incident, a nine-year-old girl named Dhatri Dwivedi, daughter of Vineet Dwivedi, from Unnao, Kanpur (U.P.), was found after being separated from her family. Local citizens brought her to the Police Station in Katra.
The police acted swiftly to trace her family, and after thorough follow-up and verification, they successfully located her family. The girl was joyfully reunited with her parents after fulfilling the necessary formalities.
The District Police of Reasi commended the public's cooperation in both cases and reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the safety of all residents and visitors. They encouraged citizens to report any instances of missing persons or suspicious activities to the nearest police station immediately.
