He remarked that the industry has become more structured in recent years, reminiscing about a time when he would return home after a staggering 56 hours.

He shared, "The industry has evolved into a more organized space - back then, there was a standard 12-hour shift for nearly everyone, whereas now everything is more streamlined. I remember one instance when I went home after working for 56 hours."

Sandiip elaborated, "This was largely due to my involvement in 5 to 6 shows simultaneously, and the constant pressure to ensure everything was running smoothly kept me engaged with every aspect, from scripting to editing. But those were the days, and I have no regrets. It felt like an ongoing picnic. It was hard work, yet so enjoyable."

He recalled a specific moment with Ektaa's mother, Shobha Kapoor, saying, "Shobha aunty noticed I was wearing the same clothes for two consecutive days and questioned me. I explained that I hadn't gone home, and she promptly contacted Ekta to excuse me from the upcoming meeting, allowing me to go home and refresh. Ektaa herself was a sweetheart who recognized the pressures we faced but also ensured we had the necessary rest."

Sandiip dismissed the rumors about the presence of ambulances on the sets of Balaji shoots due to exhausting hours. When asked if the stories were true, he stated, "That's total nonsense. Yes, if someone felt unwell, we would call for help, but it wasn't a daily occurrence. Such stories were likely fabricated to tarnish the production house's reputation; it's complete absurdity."
