New Delhi, Nov 10 (NationPress) Prominent Union Cabinet Ministers and a Chief Minister voiced their profound grief and strong condemnation on Monday evening in response to a devastating car explosion near the Red Fort Metro Station in Delhi. Reports indicate that this tragic event has claimed the lives of at least 10 individuals and left many others injured.
Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw not only expressed his condolences but also confirmed the activation of a national security alert throughout the critical railway infrastructure.
“I am deeply saddened by the tragic blast in Delhi. My heartfelt condolences go out to the bereaved families, and I pray for the recovery of the injured. All major railway stations are now on high alert with enhanced security protocols,” Vaishnaw shared on X.
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also expressed her sorrow, highlighting the loss of innocent lives in this highly secure area of the national capital.
