Indore, June 15 (NationPress) Utkarsh Awadhiya from Indore has achieved the remarkable feat of securing the second All India rank as the results of the NEET UG 2025 examination were revealed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Saturday.
In total, four students from Madhya Pradesh have made it to the top 100 of the All India rank in the NEET UG-2025.
Utkarsh's father, Alok Awadhiya, a bank employee in Indore, expressed that his son's commitment and effective time management were key factors in achieving this prestigious rank.
He shared, "Utkarsh has brought immense joy to our family. As my elder son, this is indeed a proud moment for all of us. He has a well-structured approach to balancing his studies and sports. He scored 97 percent in Class 12," he informed IANS.
Alok further mentioned, "Utkarsh began preparing for the NEET exam in Class 10 and aims to secure admission to AIIMS Delhi for his MBBS. He dedicated six to seven hours daily to studying after coaching classes, while also pursuing his passion for sports. In addition to his notes, he thoroughly reviewed NCERT books at least 10 times prior to the exam."
Besides Utkarsh Awadhiya, other commendable ranks from Madhya Pradesh include Agam Jain at 45th, Anubhav Pandey at 79th, and Mohit Bharti at 82nd.
NEET, recognized as the largest medical entrance examination in India, is organized annually by the NTA for students aspiring to enroll in MBBS and BDS programs across premier medical institutions nationwide.
This year, approximately 20 lakh students participated in the NEET exam across India.
In Madhya Pradesh, there are 5,025 MBBS seats, with 2,488 available in 17 government medical colleges and 2,450 in 13 private medical colleges throughout the state.
