Chennai, March 3 (NationPress) Actor Vishal recently encountered actor Boman Irani on the set of director Sundar C's forthcoming film 'Purushan', and affectionately referred to the Bollywood star as a "gem".

Vishal, who stars as the lead in the action-packed 'Purushan', shared photos with the Bollywood icon on his Instagram account.

He expressed, "It was a delightful surprise to meet the most versatile actor in the Indian film industry and one of my favorite on-screen performers, our very own gem, the remarkable Boman Irani (sic)."

Moreover, Vishal mentioned, "I have heard about his (Boman Irani's) free screenwriting workshops and I look forward to attending one of his sessions."

Earlier this year, the team behind Sundar C's movie confirmed the title 'Purushan'.

On his X timeline, Vishal shared a link to a promo for the film, stating, "...wishing my dear brother a very happy, entertaining, and fun-filled birthday."

He also praised Sundar C as his favorite director, saying, "I am thrilled to launch my next film #Vishal36 titled #Purushan with him for the fourth time following the enormous success of #MadhaGajaRaja!"

Vishal expressed his excitement about working again with Tamannaah Bhatia, the female lead.

He remarked, "Produced by Dhiya ACS, it’s wonderful to collaborate with my dear @tamannaahspeaks for the third time after such a long gap! It promises to be an exciting adventure with plenty to offer from the legendary filmmaker, supported by a stellar cast including #YogiBabu and a formidable technical crew, including #DOP: Gopi Amarnaath and #Music: Hiphop Tamizha. The teaser revealed Vishal portraying Tamannaah's husband, showcasing a dynamic where she appears to be the decision-maker in their household while he plays a more compliant role.

As she enjoys a television show with a drink in hand, Vishal is seen tidying up their home. Their neighbor, Yogi Babu, who is also a television actor, enters with clothes that Tamannaah had set out to dry, noting that rain was imminent.

Thanking him graciously, Tamannaah praises Yogi Babu to her husband, subtly belittling him. She eventually instructs Vishal to prepare some tea for Yogi Babu. As Vishal complies and heads to the kitchen, he senses intruders entering their home, leading to an intense fight in the kitchen while he continues to make tea. Yogi Babu, returning for a glass of water, witnesses Vishal taking down the attackers, completely oblivious to his husband's abilities...
