Yediyurappa, former Chief Minister of Karnataka and a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), expressed robust backing for the Women's Reservation Bill this Saturday. He emphasized that opposing this bill contradicts the principle of equality and also took aim at the state government regarding its recent increase in power tariffs.
