The Kolkata outlet has received outstanding feedback, with travelers praising the quality and affordability of the food. Due to high passenger demand, this initiative is being rolled out across the country.

Following its success at Kolkata Airport, travelers have expressed a strong desire to have this facility at other airports."

Furthermore, renovations of Terminals 1 and 4 are underway with an investment exceeding Rs 75 crore, while a comprehensive traffic flow management system costing Rs 19 crore is being implemented to reduce city-side congestion.
Beyond infrastructure, Chennai International Airport is committed to passenger satisfaction. Free buggy services for senior citizens and pregnant women, childcare facilities, medical services, and modern lounges are among the amenities ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
