Holding an MBA from IIM Bangalore, Chayan possesses over 15 years of diverse industry experience, merging strategic vision with practical execution. His professional journey includes significant roles at American Express and Jabong, alongside entrepreneurial success as the co-founder and CEO of Qandle, an HR SaaS company that achieved profitability and was subsequently acquired in 2025.
