Rajkot (Gujarat), Jan 11 (NationPress) - On Sunday, industry leaders and specialists emphasized that each Indian must play a role in realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s aspiration of transforming India into a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by the year 2047.

In an interview with IANS at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC), Parakramsinh G. Jadeja, Chairman and Managing Director of Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd, stated that collective effort is essential to achieve this vision.

“By the centenary of our independence in 2047, our manufacturing sector aims to contribute to a $30 trillion economy. If manufacturing comprises 25 percent, it could yield $7.5 trillion, creating vast opportunities,” Jadeja remarked.

Ion Radu from LAV Eco Management Solutions SRL in Romania mentioned their involvement in waste, water, and wastewater management.

“We are thrilled to be part of this event. The engagement from entrepreneurs in Gujarat and neighboring states is commendable,” he added.

Aliasgar Gandhi, a partner at the merchant exporter and domestic supplier Mufaddal Universal, noted that his experience at this expo was unique.

“I encountered numerous innovations, and it was particularly inspiring to hear directly from our esteemed Prime Minister. His address was motivating,” he shared with IANS.

Rajeshwar Lal, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, revealed that a substantial health pavilion, spanning 700 square meters, has been established.

“We are providing extensive health-related information here, with multiple testing facilities available. The pavilion features two entrances where information is clearly displayed,” he told IANS.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the two-day conference, which focuses on the Kutch and Saurashtra regions, and he laid the foundation stone for 13 new smart industrial estates in seven districts.
