New Delhi, March 4 (NationPress) India is actively constructing not just networks for its vast population of 1.4 billion but also establishing trusted digital bridges for the global community, according to Union Communication Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.

Emphasizing the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, the minister stated that connectivity should not only empower humanity but also reinforce partnerships and foster shared prosperity. This announcement was made during the inauguration of the Bharat Pavilion at the Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, a premier global event for technology and telecommunications.

In his address to the media, Scindia pointed out that as global discussions on the future of connectivity unfold in the “IQ Era,” India is uniquely positioned at the crossroads of intelligence and infrastructure, where connectivity aligns with capability, and innovation aligns with inclusion.

He underscored that India’s telecom transformation, under the visionary guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is rooted in indigenous research and development, reliable telecom ecosystems, production-linked incentives, and thorough integration into global value chains.

This year, the Bharat Pavilion showcases more than 40 Indian telecom innovators across the value chain, focusing on 4G/5G and cutting-edge 6G technologies, including Open RAN, optical and satellite communications, semiconductor design, AI-driven network intelligence, cybersecurity, telecom software, and digital platforms.

The increased presence of Indian innovators reflects the growing global confidence in India's telecom capabilities and its rapidly evolving innovation ecosystem.

During his visit, the minister explored various company booths and engaged with representatives from Anant Systems, XS Infosol Pvt. Ltd., SignalChip, RV Solutions, Neosoft Technologies, Cellcom, C-DOT, and GX India, among others.

He observed their indigenous technologies and innovative solutions in telecom hardware, semiconductor design, AI-enabled platforms, and next-gen network infrastructure, commending their contributions to reinforcing India's self-reliant and globally competitive telecom ecosystem.

The government asserts that the strong representation of Indian innovators at the Pavilion signifies India's dedication to constructing secure networks, enhancing AI-driven telecom infrastructure, promoting trustworthy ecosystems, and expanding telecom exports globally.
