New Delhi, Oct 11 (NationPress) India’s technology-driven public service delivery systems, like the Aadhaar-enabled digital identity systems and the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan, have revolutionized service delivery by enhancing transparency, speed, and technology, stated Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Dr. Jitendra Singh on Saturday.

The minister engaged with participants of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) program from 19 nations, highlighting India’s renowned governance practices, as per an official statement.

Singh stressed India's advancements in governance innovation and technology-driven public service delivery during the program held at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA).

He encouraged ITEC participants to exchange the best administrative and technological innovations from their respective nations, fostering mutual learning.

“Approximately 90 percent of government processes are conducted online, ensuring operational continuity even amid the pandemic. Technology has emerged as the most accessible and efficient means to enhance transparency and accountability,” Singh remarked.

He noted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, governance in India has shifted significantly towards efficiency and innovation.
