Monthly PLFS results are published as Monthly Bulletins, providing estimates of crucial labor market indicators, including LFPR, Worker Population Ratio (WPR), and Unemployment Rate (UR) at the all-India level, following the Current Weekly Status (CWS) approach.
The Monthly Bulletins for the period from April 2025 to January 2026 have already been published, with the current Bulletin for February 2026 being the eleventh in the series.
At the all-India level, the monthly estimates are derived from a survey of 374,879 individuals. This includes 213,679 individuals surveyed in rural areas and 161,200 individuals in urban areas.
