This cost-effective health insurance plan provides year-round coverage of up to Rs. 1 lakh for medical expenses associated with vector-borne and airborne diseases. This initiative ensures that users, particularly in tier-II and tier-III cities, are financially safeguarded against unforeseen medical costs arising from these illnesses throughout the year.
The plan encompasses extensive coverage against over 10 vector-borne and airborne diseases, including malaria, dengue, chikungunya, filariasis, Japanese encephalitis, swine flu, bird flu, typhoid, pulmonary tuberculosis, and meningitis.
This insurance coverage includes hospitalization, diagnostics, and ICU stays. Unlike typical seasonal plans, this coverage is not restricted to the monsoon season; it is available all year round, ensuring that PhonePe users benefit from continuous protection.
Moreover, users can conveniently purchase, manage, and file claims through the PhonePe app, which offers a 100% digital claims process for quicker settlements and a smooth user experience. Even professionals who have access to corporate health insurance can opt for this plan, as it provides additional coverage for specific health risks.
