Initially slated for a February 14 premiere to coincide with Valentine's Day, the release was postponed for undisclosed reasons.

While it was known that the release date had changed, the exact new date had not been revealed until now.

On Friday, Mammootty himself took to his X account to disclose the new date, stating, "#Bazooka in Cinemas Worldwide from April 10, 2025 #BazookaFromApril10"

Excitement surrounding the film is palpable, especially given that renowned director Gautham Vasudev Menon, who previously worked with Mammootty on Dominic and the Ladies purse, will also appear alongside the superstar.

Menon portrays a cop in this gangster saga, produced by Vikram Mehra, Sidharth Anand Kumar, Dolwin Kuriakose, Jinu V Abhraham, with Sahil S Sharma as co-producer.

The official teaser, released a few weeks ago, reveals that Gautham Menon's character is named Benjamin.

In the teaser, Benjamin and his police partner are seen waiting in a car, munching on popcorn while observing rival gang members. When his superior calls, urging him to avoid trouble, Benjamin deceives his boss by claiming they are at a late-night movie. Shortly after, an encounter unfolds.

Benjamin describes the situation as a game that begins at one and concludes at one hundred, indicating a clash between good and evil. The teaser then introduces Mammootty's character.

However, specific details about Mammootty’s role remain under wraps. There is a moment where Gautham Menon inquires about Mammootty's character, to which Mammootty replies, "There is no role that I haven’t done, brother."

The film features a score by Midhun Mukundan and cinematography by Nimish Ravi. The editing is managed by Nishadh Yusuf, while the action sequences are choreographed by Mahesh Mathew, Vicky, PC Stunts, and Mafia Sasi.
