Chennai, March 26 (NationPress) The producers of director Deeno Dennis's action spectacle ‘Bazooka’, starring Malayalam icon Mammootty in the lead role, unveiled a gripping trailer on Wednesday, much to the excitement of fans and cinema enthusiasts.
The movie, which carries high expectations, is set to premiere on April 10 this year.
The trailer opens with Mammootty introducing Gautham Menon’s character within the film. As previously revealed in a teaser months ago, Gautham Menon portrays a character named Benjamin Joshua.
However, the trailer delves deeper into the character of Benjamin and his crew. We discover that Benjamin, the ACP of Cochin city, is a formidable cop capable of tracking down even the most hardened criminals. His team is highly trained and operates in unison with him.
Next, the trailer features Gautham Menon describing Mammootty’s character, stating, “He is Mr Nobody but certainly a somebody. Classy, sleek. If you ask me if he’s a troublemaker, I wouldn’t say so because that’s too simplistic a term for him.”
The trailer also outlines the essence of the film. “This is a game. In this battle of good versus evil, the ultimate aim is salvation,” a voiceover narrates.
Ultimately, the trailer reveals that Gautham Menon and Mammootty are not adversaries but rather allies facing a formidable foe of Benjamin...
The anticipation for the film is high for several reasons, one being the collaboration of acclaimed director Gautham Vasudev Menon, who previously directed Mammootty in Dominic and the Ladies Purse, alongside the Malayalam superstar.
This gangster drama is produced by Vikram Mehra, Sidharth Anand Kumar, Dolwin Kuriakose, Jinu V Abhraham, and co-produced by Sahil S Sharma.
The film's music is composed by Midhun Mukundan, with cinematography by Nimish Ravi. The editing is handled by Nishadh Yusuf, and the action sequences are choreographed by Mahesh Mathew, Vicky, PC Stunts, and Mafia Sasi.
