Chennai, April 14 (NationPress) Ajith Kumar Racing, the car racing team led by actor Ajith Kumar, has recently highlighted its unique strategy for the upcoming GT4 European Series.
In a detailed post shared on their X timeline, the team announced that it will be the only one to enter the competition with a single driver, while all others will feature two drivers.
“Ajith Kumar Racing embarks on a unique journey in the 2025 GT4 European Series. Ajith Kumar stands out as the only solo driver among 46 competing cars, whereas other teams have two drivers, leading to 90 competitors in total.
“According to race regulations, all teams must perform a mandatory pit stop for driver changes. For us, this means that Ajith will exit and re-enter the car, remaining out for at least one second as the sole driver of his team. This effort aims to gain invaluable experience and enhance skills in a highly competitive setting. We are dedicated to keeping focus, remaining composed, and tackling the challenges of the track.”

The GT4 Series is a prestigious sports car championship featuring GT4-spec vehicles racing on Europe’s famed circuits. The series promotes cost-effective racing and serves as a platform for amateur drivers. It includes various classes such as Silver, Pro-Am, and Am to cater to different levels of driver experience.
This year, Ajith has a packed racing schedule. He is set to compete at the Zandvoort circuit from May 16-18.
Following this, he will race again from June 26-29 at the Spa circuit and from July 18-20 at the Misano circuit.
In August, Ajith is scheduled to race at the Nurburgring circuit before concluding the season at Barcelona, with the race taking place from October 10-12.

Since its inception, Ajith’s racing team has made the nation proud. Earlier this year, the team secured third place in the 991 category at the 24H Dubai 2025 event, followed by another third-place finish at the fiercely contested 12H Mugello racing event in Italy.
