Mumbai, Sep 18 (NationPress) Actor Akash Jagga, portraying Kundan in the series "Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani", regards writing as more than a mere pastime; it’s a profound passion that complements his enthusiasm for acting.
He expressed his profound enjoyment of the writing process. Reflecting on his writing journey, Akash shared: “I began writing during my school years, around the eighth or ninth grade. Back then, I would pen short stories, embellish them with attractive covers, and compile small collections. However, as I focused on my studies and later on theatre, writing took a backseat.”
He mentioned that even after relocating to Mumbai, he paused his writing for several years.
“Eventually, I found my way back to it, and although I haven’t yet commercialized my work, I have several projects ready. I’m uncertain about when or how I’ll release them, but I am confident that someday I will,” Akash remarked.
When asked about the best writing advice he’s received, he stated, “The most valuable advice came from Raghuvir Sir: ‘Keep writing.’ It’s straightforward yet impactful because the more one writes, the more one learns.”
Akash emphasized that both acting and writing hold a special place in his heart.
He elaborated, “Writing provides me with an exhilarating sensation, a joy that feels deeply personal, even though acting has always been dear to me. Acting thrills me as I get to portray various characters, yet writing enables me to feel truly alive; it allows me to create my own universes. I aspire to pursue both and hope to share my writing with the world someday.”
"Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani" narrates the tale of Ghevar, an enthusiastic village girl from Rajasthan, whose life transforms when destiny introduces a newborn into her family, merging two vastly different worlds.
