Mumbai, Sep 12 (NationPress) The talented actress and fitness enthusiast Alaya F is once again challenging herself by embarking on the 75 Hard challenge—a rigorous mental toughness program that features rules that may seem straightforward but are incredibly demanding.
For those who may not know, the 'Jawaani Jaaneman' star previously completed the 75 Hard challenge at the start of this year.
Over the next 75 days, Alaya will adhere to a specific set of guidelines, including completing two workouts of at least 45 minutes each. Notably, one of these workouts must take place outdoors. Additionally, she will be consuming 3.8 liters of water daily, reading a minimum of 10 pages from a non-fiction book each day, and taking a daily progress photo, all while abstaining from alcohol and cheat meals for the entirety of the challenge.
Furthermore, Alaya has added an extra 15 minutes of mindfulness practice to her regimen.
If she fails to meet any requirement on any given day, she must restart from day one.
The 'Freddy' actress has also committed to vlogging her entire experience.
Expressing her determination to test her physical and mental limits, Alaya shared on social media, "Guess who’s doing #75Hard again? And this time I’m vlogging the entire thing! From 14th Sept to 27th Nov: 75 days. No excuses. No breaks. No resets. Daily vlog-style reels will start dropping on the 15th. Workouts, meals, discipline, struggles, wins, highs, lows—all of it in real time."
"I did the 75 Hard at the start of this year and it completely changed my life, so here we go again… wish me luck!" she added, with love hands and white heart emojis.
Alaya's mother, Pooja Bedi, commented on her post saying, "Yaaaaay!!! I'm going to join you for your workouts... and stop sugar and be gluten-free."
Sonakshi Sinha also chimed in, saying, "Guts!!!!"
For those unfamiliar, the 75 Hard Challenge was created in 2019 by entrepreneur Andy Frisella, based on the belief that intentionally facing discomfort can strengthen mental resilience.
