Los Angeles, June 14 (NationPress) Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger has stated that his sole requirement for appearing in a film alongside his family is the presence of a great script. At 77 years old, Schwarzenegger is the father-in-law of Chris Pratt, who is married to his daughter, Katherine Schwarzenegger. His son, Patrick, is also an actor known for his role in The White Lotus. He elaborated on why the trio has yet to collaborate on-screen.
In an interview with E! News, he mentioned, "It's one of those things where if there’s an exceptional script, we would definitely consider it. But you can’t just throw us together in a movie without a solid storyline."
When asked if he and his family had ever contemplated making a film together, he confirmed they have not done so.
He remarked, "No, but that’s a given."
Alongside his daughter Katherine, Arnold is also a father to Christina (33) and Christopher (27) with his former spouse, Maria Shriver, and to Joseph (27) with Mildred Patricia Baena, as reported by femalefirst.co.uk.
Arnold expressed his pride in all his children, recalling that his eldest son demonstrated a passion for the arts before making his own mark as an actor.
He stated, "I’m extremely proud of all my kids. Patrick always had a fascination for show business; I believe he spent substantial time on set with me, absorbing everything. That’s how he developed his style."
Patrick plays Saxon Ratliff in the popular anthology series.
When quizzed about possibly joining his son on the show, Arnold hinted at his potential interest.
He added, "Whenever I see something worthwhile, I’m intrigued, so we’ll see."
