Mumbai, Nov 18 (NationPress) Actor Manoj Bajpayee graced the reality game show Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, joining his co-stars from The Family Man 3, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sharib Hashmi, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.
The latest promo released on social media showcased a delightful moment where Bajpayee reminisced about the filming of their 2011 project Aarakshan. He was playfully reciting lines from the famous poem ‘Jo beet gayi so baat gayi’ by Sri Harivansh Rai Bachchan, not realizing that the legendary host Amitabh Bachchan was in proximity.
Upon hearing Bajpayee's misrecital, Amitabh kindly asked him to deliver the poem accurately.
In response, Bajpayee encouraged Big B to share a few lines from the poem himself.
In a touching moment, Amitabh beautifully recited, ‘Jo beet gayi so baat gayi ! Jeewan mein ek sitara tha, mana, wo behad pyara tha, wah doob gaya toh doob gaya amber ke aanan ko dekho kitne iske taare toote kitne iske pyare chhoote jo chhoot gaye phir kahan mile, par bolo toote taron par kab amber shok manata hai Jo beet gayi so baat gayi.’
The show's producers shared a teaser on Instagram, stating, “Dekhiye Kaun Banega Crorepati Mon-Fri raat 9 baje sirf #SonyEntertainmentTelevision and Sony LIV par.”
Previously, another promo featured Bajpayee translating a classic dialogue from Big B's iconic film Deewaar into Bhojpuri.
In a humorous twist, the 'Satya' actor remarked, “Ae Peter, te ohne khoje hamare ke, hum ae ne baithal bane” (Peter, you are looking for me there, I am right here).
Adding his unique flair, Big B responded, “Ae dekha lalva, jha Khade ho vha tareke se khade raho, ae Police station hain jano, tohre baap ka ghar nahi hain” (Hey kid, stand straight wherever you are standing. This is a police station, not your father's house).
