Mumbai, Aug 9 (NationPress) Veteran actress and politician Bina Kak is feeling the absence of her ‘brother like son’ Salman Khan this Rakshabandhan as she shared her recovery journey from a broken ankle.
Bina, famous for her roles in films like “Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?”, “God Tussi Great Ho,” “Nanhe Jaisalmer,” “Dulha Mil Gaya,” and “Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute To Love”, took to Instagram to share a collage of memories with Salman.
“As I am recuperating from my injury, I will miss celebrating Rakhi with you, my dear Salman, my brother like son,” Bina expressed in her caption, referring to their on-screen relationship in films such as “Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya” (2005) and “God Tussi Great Ho” (2008).
She conveyed her heartfelt wishes for his health and happiness.

Earlier in April, the actress revealed on Instagram that she had to undergo surgery in Jaipur following a fall that resulted in fractures to her tibia and fibula.
She shared images from her hospital stay and wrote in the caption: “While traveling to Udaipur last week, I had an unfortunate fall and fractured my Tibia and Fibula. I had surgery yesterday in Jaipur, and I’m thankful to say that everything went well. The doctors are pleased with the results, and I’ll be heading home soon to recuperate. Your love and support provide me with immense strength.”
