Bosco Martis Discusses Choreography for Shahid Kapoor in 'Bhasad Macha'

Mumbai, Jan 13 (NationPress) Shahid Kapoor is celebrated as one of the top dancers in the film industry. His latest performance in the 'Bhasad Macha' song from his upcoming action-packed film 'Deva' was nothing short of spectacular.
Bosco Martis recently shared insights about choreographing Shahid Kapoor for this vibrant dance number. He mentioned that the choreography was tailored to fit Shahid's character. Commenting on Shahid’s captivating performance in 'Bhasad Macha', Bosco stated, “There was a defined body language that he had manicured, and that’s what we dwelled upon. We created dance moves that could suit his character. The free-spirited sequence allowed him to embody this person with free-flowing energy.”
In addition to the talented dancer Shahid Kapoor, 'Bhasad Macha' features an electrifying performance by Pooja Hegde, as the duo showcases their dance moves together. The track features vocals by Mika Singh, Vishal Mishra, and Jyotica Tangri, with Vishal Mishra composing the music. The lyrics for 'Bhasad Macha' were penned by Raj Shekhar.
Recently, Shahid Kapoor shared a behind-the-scenes clip on his official Instagram account, where he can be seen practicing those elegant moves with great enthusiasm. The 'Jab We Met' star captioned his latest post with, “Trigger warning.”
Shahid Kapoor is set to portray a brilliant yet strong-willed police officer in 'Deva', while Pooja Hegde will take on the role of a journalist.
Directed by the renowned Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews, 'Deva' is being produced by Zee Studios in collaboration with Roy Kapur Films. Alongside Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde, the eagerly awaited drama will also include Pavail Gulatie, Pravessh Rana, and Kubbra Sait in significant roles, among others. The cinematography is handled by Amit Roy, while A. Sreekar Prasad is in charge of editing.
'Deva' is scheduled to hit theaters on 31st January this year.
