Los Angeles, April 12 (NationPress) Actress Cameron Diaz has expressed her unique preference for guests visiting her upscale apartment in New York City, insisting they must "change (their) clothes" before entering.

The 53-year-old star believes the street germs of New York City are too unsanitary for her extravagant $9 million condo located in Walker Tower, Chelsea, Manhattan, as reported by ‘Female First UK’.

In a recent episode of ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’, when prompted by Drew about her "biggest ick", Cameron replied, "Shoes from the street in New York City.” Drew humorously added, "Indeed, if you want entry into her home, you better wear a body condom."

Cameron laughed and confirmed, "You have to change your clothes to come into my house in New York." Drew chimed in, "It's true; her home is germ-free because of it." Cameron added, "Absolutely. I roll around on my floors. It's all good.”

As per ‘Female First UK’, Cameron was joined on the show by co-stars Keanu Reeves, 61, Matt Bomer, 48, and Jonah Hill, 42, all promoting their new dark comedy film, ‘Outcome’. The film features Keanu as a troubled star, Reef, who makes amends for his past after being blackmailed with outrageous footage.

Cameron, who portrays Kyle, Reef's long-time friend, mentioned that the film delves into the darker aspects of fame.

She told ‘People’ magazine, "This movie presents fame in an intriguing and exaggerated manner. Many people aspire to be famous, but there’s a significant cost attached. It serves as a cautionary tale in comedic form.”

Cameron enjoyed reuniting with Keanu in the Jonah-directed ‘Outcome’, three decades after they co-starred in the 1996 romantic comedy, ‘Feeling Minnesota’.

At the premiere of the Apple TV movie, she remarked, "When we worked together 30 years ago, it was my fourth film, and I was quite inexperienced. I felt embarrassed that he had to act alongside a novice just starting out. I’m grateful to collaborate with him again now, after gaining some experience. We’ve maintained our friendship over the years and are always delighted to see each other. He remains the same wonderful person as ever.”
