Mumbai, Aug 6 (NationPress) Renowned actor Dalip Tahil has shared insights regarding if fame has transformed his ‘Baazigar’ co-star Shah Rukh Khan over the years.

Reflecting on their collaborative experiences and SRK’s ascent to superstardom, Tahil expressed that despite the immense fame and success, the actor has remained affable, approachable, and down-to-earth. When queried about the changes he perceives in Shah Rukh Khan since their time in “Baazigar,” Dalip Tahil spoke of the superstar’s journey with great respect.

He told IANS, “Honestly, I don’t meet Shah Rukh one-on-one as often these days. Back then, we were involved in numerous films together, leading to more interaction. Shah Rukh is a very warm and friendly person. I don’t think he has changed at heart. From what I hear and observe, he is still the same, despite experiencing superstardom. When we meet, we still exchange warm greetings. People often adapt around a superstar, but the individual themselves doesn’t necessarily change at their core.”

The veteran actor also commended Shah Rukh on receiving the esteemed National Award, calling it a well-earned accolade. Expressing his admiration, Tahil conveyed heartfelt congratulations and mentioned he was pleased to have the chance to extend his best wishes to the superstar. He also highlighted the importance of the occasion, stating it was wonderful that SRK had finally attained this long-awaited recognition.

The ‘Darr’ actor continued to describe all three Khans—Shah Rukh, Aamir, and Salman—as genuine perfectionists. “All of them are perfectionists. Be it Salman, Shah Rukh, Aamir, Ajay, or Akshay — each pays deep attention to details. They strive for every element of their work to be accurate. Many of them produce their own films to maintain creative control. Their success isn’t coincidental; it stems from hard work and attention to detail.”

Dalip Tahil has collaborated with SRK in several films, including “King Uncle,” “Baazigar,” “Darr,” “Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani,” “Deewana,” and “Ra.One.”
