Did Deepika Singh Indulge in Desi Paratha with Her 'Mangal Lakshmi' Co-Stars in Georgia?
Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Mumbai, Dec 14 (NationPress) Television actress Deepika Singh and her 'Mangal Lakshmi' show team enjoyed a hearty feast of desi parathas to combat the intense cold in Georgia, where they traveled to film some special episodes of the series.
The video shared by Deepika on her social media featured her co-stars Naman Shaw and Urvashi Upadhyay relishing the delectable homemade parathas.
Naman humorously suggested that indulging in spicy pickles could help with the chilly temperatures in Georgia.
Deepika captioned her post, "Behind the scenes in Georgia" (sic), accompanied by a red heart and folded hands emojis.
Earlier, she delighted her followers with a few snapshots from their arrival in Georgia, expressing gratitude for their support for the show, stating, "Thank you to all your love for our Show ‘Mangal Lakshmi’ that today we’re here to shoot a few episodes. Keep showering your love and support at 9 pm, Mon-Friday only on (sic)."
In a previous update, Deepika shared how an old choreography she stumbled upon online proved beneficial during a rushed shoot sequence for the show.
She remarked that being an actor-dancer has consistently aided her, posting a video of herself and her 'Mangal Lakshmi' co-star dancing to the title track of the 1999 film 'Taal'.
"Nothing we learn in this world is ever wasted. If it’s good, it will serve some good purpose in the future. This day was a perfect example when we had to dance on set to the same song" (sic), she captioned the post.
"As an actor-dancer, I’ve often found it beneficial on set. This choreography was inspired by my ODISSI dancer friend @purnatamohanty's choreography, which I had seen online long ago. When I got a chance to dance to 'Taal', her movements came to mind. We had only 15 minutes to complete this scene, and @thearshiyasharma followed the same choreography I instructed," she added.
