Mumbai, Dec 17 (NationPress) The talented Bollywood actress and ex-beauty queen Dia Mirza is in the National Capital for her professional engagements and took the time to bask in the Delhi sun on a brisk winter morning.

Dia shared a series of photographs on Instagram, showcasing herself in a vibrant purple salwar kameez complemented by a bright yellow dupatta. She styled her hair in barrel curls, leaving them cascading down. For her makeup, Dia opted for a fresh, dewy appearance with nude lips.

In her post, she wrote: “Ek tudka dhoop ka #MammaAtWork #WorkMode.”

While she did not disclose the reasons for her visit to New Delhi, her presence certainly caught attention.

Dia Mirza captured the title of Miss Asia Pacific International in 2000 and made her acting debut in 2001 with the Hindi film 'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein'. This romantic drama, penned and directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, also featured R Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan.

She has since starred in numerous films, including 'Deewaanapan', 'Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge', 'Dum', 'Tumsa Nahin Dekha', 'Parineeta', 'Dus', 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai', 'Dus Kahaniyaan', 'Krazzy 4', 'Kurbaan', 'Sanju', and 'Thappad'.

Her latest appearance was in the road adventure drama 'Dhak Dhak', directed by Tarun Dudeja, which also starred Ratna Pathak Shah, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanjana Sanghi. The film narrates the journey of four women embarking on a road trip to the highest motorable pass in the world, discovering themselves along the way.

On the web series front, she is featured in 'IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack', which is forthcoming.

Dia’s first marriage was with Sahil Sangha, but they parted ways in August 2019. She later wed Vaibhav Rekhi in 2021 in Bandra, Mumbai, and they are parents to a son, Avyaan Azaad Rekhi.

She revealed that Avyaan was born prematurely and spent nearly two months in the NICU. Additionally, she has a stepdaughter, Samaira Rekhi, from Vaibhav's previous marriage.
