Exploring The Roshans: A New Documentary Series on Hrithik Roshan's Film Legacy

Mumbai, Dec 4 (NationPress) On Wednesday, Netflix announced its forthcoming documentary series, The Roshans, which will delve into the celebrated legacy of Bollywood’s illustrious Roshan family.
The series will feature intimate interviews with colleagues, friends, and industry peers, offering their perspectives on the family's significant impact. Directed by Shashi Ranjan, the documentary aims to trace the lineage of the Roshans, beginning with the patriarch, the iconic music composer Roshan. It will also spotlight the careers of his sons—filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, composer Rajesh Roshan, and Rakesh’s son, Hrithik Roshan.
Netflix shared the first poster on its Instagram account, stating, “A profound journey through legacy and love with the family that brought music, magic, and unforgettable moments to Hindi cinema. Watch The Roshans, coming soon, only on Netflix.” The poster showcases Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, and Rajesh Roshan.

Interestingly, Prime Video recently launched the documentary series “Angry Young Men,” focusing on the lives and careers of Bollywood screenwriters Javed Akhtar and Salim Khan. Prior to that, Netflix premiered “Romantics,” a tribute to Yash Raj Films and its significant influence on Hindi cinema.
