The makers of the much-anticipated Tamil period biopic GDN, directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar and led by actor Madhavan, have unveiled actor Jenson Dhivakar's character look ahead of the film's worldwide theatrical release on 7 August. Dhivakar plays a character named Vellaiyan in the biopic centred on iconic Indian inventor, agriculturist and philanthropist G D Naidu.

This is part of a series of character reveals the makers have rolled out in the run-up to release. Earlier, the team confirmed that actor Karunakaran portrays a character called Perunkili, while actress Aditi Balan plays Padmavathi.
