"I recall a scene where, just as Jijabai (the mother of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja) would feed Shivaji Raje, the director (Riteish) was so preoccupied that it was late at night, and everyone else had eaten, but he was busy preparing for the shots. Our producer (Genelia) was following him with a plate of roti and vegetables, asking him to eat just one bite. That’s what love truly looks like," Bhagyashree shared.
The film, written and directed by Riteish, is a cinematic portrayal of Shivaji, the founder of the Maratha Empire.
