During her speech, she expressed, “I came here to uplift the spirits of our BSF soldiers, our Army personnel, and especially our women soldiers. However, the love you all showered upon me profoundly touched my heart. Once again, I realized how fortunate we are to have you safeguarding our borders and ensuring our safety.”
“Please don’t allow hatred to triumph. Visit Jammu and Kashmir as travelers and return as believers. It is due to your bravery that peace has been achieved along our borders. I am grateful to the BSF and the Army. Recent events have truly highlighted the significance of your role for the nation. Jammu and Kashmir is the backbone of India, standing strong and united, embodying your courage and sacrifice. I salute you and your families from the depths of my heart,” she continued.
Qureshi reiterated, “I want to emphasize: do not let fear define Jammu and Kashmir. Allow the world to see the peace, strength, and love that genuinely characterize the people of this region. Today, we stand united with pride and hope, embodying the spirit of Jammu and Kashmir and the spirit of India.”
