Mumbai, October 17 (NationPress) The Indian Film and Television community convened in Mumbai on the 17th of October to bid farewell to the esteemed actor Pankaj Dheer, who sadly passed away just a day prior.
A prayer gathering was arranged by the Dheer family, drawing numerous industry colleagues and friends who united to celebrate his legacy and invaluable contributions to Hindi cinema. Notable attendees included filmmaker Rohit Shetty; actors Sharad Saxena, Suresh Oberoi, Esha Deol, Zayed Khan, Tanvi Azmi, Mohit Raina, Aditya Pancholi, Mukesh Rishi, Puneet Issar, Ashok Pandit, and Mukesh Khanna, among others.
Also in attendance were Jackie Shroff, Johnny Lever, Ramesh Taurani, actress Sheeba accompanied by her husband Akashdeep, Ranjeet, and Rajat Bedi, all there to pay their final tributes to the actor.

For those unfamiliar, Pankaj Dheer gained fame for his portrayal of Karna in B. R. Chopra's renowned television series Mahabharat. He passed away on the 15th of October at the age of 68.
