Los Angeles, Nov 30 (NationPress) Actress-singer Jennifer Lopez, who has recently parted ways with Hollywood star Ben Affleck, took a moment to express her gratitude to her fans during this Thanksgiving season.
On Friday, November 29, the talented actress-singer, aged 55, shared a joyful Thanksgiving moment on Instagram, posing with a large turkey in her kitchen. In the photograph, she was seen smiling while gazing off-camera, as reported by 'People' magazine.
In her post, JLo donned a floral embroidered sweater, eye-catching earrings, and sported her hair in a chic high ponytail. She penned a heartfelt message in the caption, stating, "I hope everybody had a beautiful and Happy Thanksgiving. I am so incredibly grateful for all of you".
This Thanksgiving is notably her first since filing for divorce from Ben Affleck, 52, in August, after two years of marriage.
The divorce documents indicated that their separation date was recorded as April 26, 2024. Meanwhile, Affleck celebrated Thanksgiving with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 52, as they were seen volunteering and serving meals to the homeless at The Midnight Mission’s annual Thanksgiving Street Fair in Los Angeles.
The non-profit organization hosts a celebration each Thanksgiving for thousands of families and individuals facing homelessness in Skid Row, featuring a holiday meal along with live entertainment, according to their website.
A source informed 'People' that "They truly enjoy giving back to their community and cherishing quality time together as a family" regarding Affleck and Garner's charitable outing.
Affleck and Garner, who ended their marriage in 2015 after ten years and finalized their divorce three years later, appeared to be in high spirits as they posed for a photo with the CEO of the non-profit, David Prentice, which was shared on Instagram. In the image, the couple, who share three children—Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 15, and Samuel, 12—were seen wearing matching Midnight Mission aprons.
