When asked about her experience working with Amitabh, Kalpana emphasized that punctuality is one of the most vital qualities a person can possess.
The actress, known for her role in 'Hum Saath Saath Hain', remarked, “I learned a crucial life lesson from my mother - those who arrive on time are truly fortunate. Valuing others’ time is an essential trait to embrace and pass along.”
She recounted how, during filming, Amitabh was always early, even when others were not present.
“I worked on a film titled Satte Pe Satta. Amit ji lived in Juhu, while I was in Andheri, and we would travel to Ballard Pier at 6 a.m. every day. We both had white Ambassadors, and he invariably arrived on time. I often reached just five minutes after him, while he was there well before anyone else. I witnessed this punctuality in other instances too,” she shared.
She reiterated that everyone should value punctuality.
“Always arrive on time and respect time,” Kalpana Iyer concluded.
