In a conversation with IANS regarding the significance of International Day of Yoga, Karan shared, “Yoga is a crucial aspect of my life. Coming from an Arya Samaji school, yoga was integrated into our curriculum. Dharma Shiksha was a subject we studied, so I have been practicing yoga since I was young.”

He mentioned that Surya Namaskar is an integral part of his daily regimen.

“Over the last two years, I have focused significantly on breathwork. Practices like Pranayama and Alom Vilom have become essential to my life,” he added.

The actor, who is preparing for the premiere of his show “Special Ops 2,” shared his morning routine, stating, “I prefer to center myself upon waking. If I anticipate a long day, I manage my breath and strategize my day accordingly. Thus, yoga is a vital part of my existence.”

Karan concluded by stating that yoga deserves more recognition and practice.

“As Indians, we ought to celebrate yoga more profoundly. This celebration should extend beyond merely sharing on Instagram; it requires genuine practice to truly understand its benefits,” he remarked.
