Mumbai, June 13 (NationPress) Renowned actress and three-time MP of Mathura, Hema Malini, has called upon everyone to incorporate yoga into their daily lives as we approach International Yoga Day on June 21 each year.
Unveiling this year's theme for World Yoga Day - Yoga for One Earth, One Health, she made a heartfelt plea for regular yoga practice among all.
Highlighting the significance of yoga for mental and physical well-being, the esteemed actress stated, "June 21st is recognized as 'World Yoga Day' annually.
