On Tuesday, it was revealed that actress Mamitha Baiju, who plays the female lead, will portray Selli in the film. Additionally, director K S Ravikumar will feature as Kandhasaami in 'Kara'.
It is noteworthy that the film's title was announced during Pongal this year, accompanied by a poster showcasing Dhanush in an intense appearance, stating, "Sometimes, staying dangerous is the only way to stay alive."

In addition to Dhanush and Mamitha Baiju, the film includes director K S Ravikumar, Jayaram, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Karunas, and Prithvi Pandiraj in significant roles.
