Khushi Kapoor Posts Photos from Aaliyah Kashyap’s Haldi Celebration

Mumbai, Dec 8 (NationPress) Actress Khushi Kapoor, who recently debuted in Bollywood with the streaming film The Archies, was present at the haldi ceremony for Aaliyah Kashyap, the daughter of acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap.
On Sunday, the actress shared a series of photos and videos from the ceremony on her Instagram account. One of the clips featured Khushi applying haldi on Aaliyah, while another captured Aaliyah sharing a kiss with her fiancé.
Khushi captioned the post, “Haldi morning”.
Embracing the festive spirit, the actress wore a vibrant yellow ethnic ensemble that matched the wedding theme.
Khushi is the sibling of renowned Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor. She made her on-screen debut in The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, where she portrayed Betty Cooper alongside Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi ‘Dot’ Saigal, and Yuvraj Menda.
This film is a live-action retelling of The Archies, a fictional rock band originally featured in the 1960s animated series, The Archie Show. Unfortunately, the film received negative reviews, with critics labeling it a disaster.
Looking ahead, Khushi is set to star alongside Junaid Khan, the son of Bollywood icon Aamir Khan, in an upcoming untitled project.
This film is helmed by Advait Chandan, known for Secret Superstar, and is based on the popular Tamil romantic comedy Love Today.
Filming began in Mumbai, followed by a second schedule in June of this year in the Delhi-NCR region.
Additionally, she has Naadaniyaan forthcoming, where she will share the screen with Ibrahim Ali Khan, the eldest son of Saif Ali Khan. In December of the previous year, it was disclosed that Dharma Productions’ digital division, Dharmatic Entertainment, is gearing up to produce a direct-to-OTT film, which will also mark the directorial debut of Shauna Gautam. Later, Karan Johar congratulated Shauna via his Instagram Stories for her first film. Further information regarding the project is yet to be announced.
