Chennai, Mar 1 (NationPress) The producers of India's inaugural sea horror adventure film 'Kingston' have unveiled a poster contest aimed at audiences and fans.
Lead actor G V Prakash Kumar, who is also one of the film's producers, took to his X timeline to share details about the contest.
He stated, “#KingstonPosterContest - tag your creative designer friends” alongside a poster announcing the 'Poster Design Contest'.
The announcement encouraged aspiring designers to create a poster for the movie 'Kingston' using images from the teaser and trailer. Participants were instructed to utilize the logos available via a We Transfer link and post their designs on X and Instagram, tagging G V Prakash and the production companies Parallel Universe and Zee Studios South.
The actor noted that the creators of the most impressive poster would receive an opportunity to meet the Kingston team, have their poster printed as a paper advertisement, and receive a collection of goodies. The deadline for submissions has been set for March 5.
The film Kingston holds special significance for G V Prakash as it marks his 25th film.
“We have invested four times the usual budget for a film,” he mentioned in a prior interview with IANS.
The recently released trailer has further increased anticipation for the film, which is slated for release on March 7 of this year.
