Veteran singer Kumar Sanu has recalled the recording of the beloved song 'Aankhon Se Tune Yeh Kya Keh Diya' from the 1998 blockbuster Ghulam, saying he sensed from the very first take that the melody carried something extraordinary. His remarks came as a revamped version of the track — titled 'Aankhon Se Tune' — surfaced ahead of the release of the upcoming film Bhai Tera Star Hai.

Sharing the video of the reimagined track on social media, Sanu described the experience of revisiting a song that has endured for over two decades. 'Some songs just stay with you forever. When I first recorded 'Aankhon Se Tune Yeh Kya Keh Diya' for Ghulam, there was a feeling that it was something special,' he wrote. He added that watching the song find a new audience with a younger generation means a great deal to him personally.
