Actor Vijayendra Kumeria, widely appreciated for his portrayal of Sanyam in the television drama 'Juhi Mui', has opened up about the show's impending exit from screens, saying the series was always conceived as a finite story and that he carries no regrets about its conclusion.

The Show's Planned Ending

'Juhi Mui' premiered in June 2025 and quickly built a loyal viewer base. However, news of the show going off-air has not been received well by fans. Kumeria clarified that the ending was always part of the plan, not an abrupt cancellation. He revealed that the cast and crew recently wrapped up filming and have already shot the final episode.

'Our show was always meant to be a finite series, and I feel it has now run its course,' Kumeria said. 'We got to know a few days ago that we had completed the episodes and the story. Like every story has a happy ending, we have also shot our happy ending. So, there is absolutely no regret from my side about the show coming to an end.'

Gratitude for Audience Love

Kumeria was emphatic about the warmth he received from viewers throughout the show's run. He described the audience's connection with his character as the most rewarding aspect of the entire experience.

'I'm very happy that I got to be a part of this show. The best part has been the love and appreciation that I received for my character. People really liked the character, and they also connected with the show, which is something I will always be grateful for,' he added.

Memories from the Sets

Beyond the on-screen journey, Kumeria emphasised the bonds forged behind the camera. He noted that the time spent with the cast and crew across different episodes had created memories he intends to carry forward.

'Of course, there will be a lot of memories attached to this show. We have spent so much time together, worked on different episodes, and shared many moments on the set. We will all be taking back a lot of good memories from this journey. I'm happy and grateful that I got the opportunity to be a part of it. There is absolutely no regret that the show is ending. I'm just thankful for the experience, the people I worked with and, most importantly, the love that the audience gave us,' Kumeria said.
