Mumbai, Jan 30 (NationPress) Renowned theater and film actress Namita Lal is set to appear in the upcoming film "Inn Galiyon Mein". Scheduled for a release on February 28 of this year, the film stars Jaaved Jaaferi in a leading role.
Praising her co-star, Namita stated, “The wait has been substantial, but undeniably rewarding. This film boasts remarkable music and a stellar ensemble of characters. Collaborating with Javed Jaaferi was a dream realized. He’s not only a seasoned actor but also an exceptional person. Our camaraderie developed swiftly from our very first script reading to the following workshops.”

Namita further remarked, “This role posed a significant challenge and was markedly different from my true self. A memorable moment for me was when local residents and security staff often mistook me for one of their own—they didn’t recognize me and occasionally prevented me from accessing the set. That felt like a minor triumph, as it demonstrated how deeply I had immersed myself in the character.”
Expressing gratitude towards her co-stars and crew for their support, Namita shared, “The film is produced by Vinod Yadav and Neeru Yadav, with Alcor Productions as co-producer. It was a privilege to be chosen for this demanding role by Avinash Das, the director. Collaborating with him was a transformative experience. The movie also marks the debut of Avantika Dassani, the daughter of acclaimed actress Bhagyashree. Working alongside her was delightful. Collaborating with immensely talented actors like Vivaan Shah, Sushant Singh, Ishtiyak Khan, and the entire crew, including Arvind Kannabiran (the DOP), was an invaluable learning experience, and I am truly thankful.”
