In addition to Nandita, actresses Sonakshi Sinha, Anushka Sen, and Ruchi Narain supported actress Sheena Chohan in launching her new initiative, “Read Me My Rights,” which encourages artists to read and share online the rights they consider most significant from the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights.

She further stated, “These rights instill love, empathy, compassion, and harmony, which are essential in today’s world. Education is truly a catalyst for making the world a better place.”

Actress Sheena Chohan underscored the importance of the right to be born free and equal, stating it forms the basis for all other rights and a solid foundation for an equal and peaceful society.
“If you’re unaware of your rights, how can you prevent their violation? This is a battle worth fighting now more than ever. We were all born free and equal, and every voice matters,” she concluded.
