Chennai, Jan 17 (NationPress) The renowned actress Nayanthara and her filmmaker spouse, Vignesh Shivan, graced the Dubai Autodrome on Saturday to support actor Ajith, who is competing in the much-anticipated Dubai 24H Series event.

For those who may not know, Ajith is gearing up to race with his team, Ajith Kumar Racing, in this high-stakes car racing competition set for Saturday evening.

A viral video has surfaced showing the actress and her husband warmly welcomed by Ajith Kumar at the venue. In the footage, the actor introduces both Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan to his team members and shares friendly exchanges.

Previously, actor Sibi Sathyaraj took to his social media on Friday, posting a video of Ajith joyfully welcoming him and his family at the circuit.

In his post, Sibi Sathyaraj expressed, "It was a real pleasure to meet #Ajithkumar sir at the #24HDubai racing event today. I was truly impressed by his dedication and hard work towards his passion. It was wonderful spending quality time with you, dear sir. Thank you for the opportunity!"

It’s worth mentioning that just last week, acclaimed music director Anirudh visited Ajith Kumar at the Marina Race Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

In addition, Ajith Kumar's racing journey is set to be captured in a docu-film, expected to hit theaters on May 1 next year in celebration of his birthday.

According to sources, the renowned Tamil film director A L Vijay is at the helm of this 90-minute documentary, designed to motivate countless young individuals to chase their aspirations.

"Many young people have dreams that seldom come to fruition. Life tends to sidetrack those ambitions. This project aims to inspire them to pursue their dreams," a source close to the actor revealed.

Furthermore, this initiative aims to promote motorsport, a field still viewed as an elite sport by many in the nation.

The source added that director Vijay has captured not only the thrilling races in Malaysia but also significant moments like strategy meetings, team discussions, practice sessions, and Ajith's overall preparation. The filming will extend to the races in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for inclusion in the docu-film.
