Mumbai, Jan 19 (NationPress) Actress and filmmaker Niharika Konidela celebrated her brother Varun Tej as he marked another year of life on Monday, referring to him as the brightest star in her sky.

Niharika expressed her gratitude for having the 'Ghani' star as her 'Anna' and shared her wish to have him as her brother in every lifetime.

On her Instagram, she posted nostalgic images with Varun and wrote, "The brightest star in my sky...My forever ride or die. I know you dislike sentimental words, so I’ll keep this brief…or at least attempt to. In every lifetime, I hope I’m fortunate enough to have you as my Anna. (sic)"

She reminisced about how she always wished to hold Varun as a baby, as he was one of the cutest infants she had ever seen, although she could only see him in photographs during his childhood.

Now, her dream has come true through her nephew, Vaayuv Tej Konidela, Varun's newborn son.

"And now the universe said, 'here you go…' because I get to hold your spitting image, little Vaayuv in my arms," she added.

"This year is poised to be the most special, blessed, and successful one yet. I love you endlessly. I’m thankful for you every single day. Okay, okay, mushy quota done. I love you, my guardian angel @varunkonidela7," Niharika concluded.

In September of the previous year, Varun and his partner, Lavanya Tripathi, revealed the joyous news of welcoming their first child - a baby boy through social media.

The couple shared a black-and-white image from the hospital, showcasing Lavanya cradling their little one, while Varun tenderly kissed her forehead.

Professionally, Varun was last seen in the film “Matka”, a period action thriller written and directed by Karuna Kumar, co-starring Meenakshi Chaudhary and Nora Fatehi.
