Mumbai, June 19 (NationPress) Renowned actor Pankaj Tripathi, eagerly anticipating the launch of his new movie “Metro…In Dino”, has expressed that Anurag Basu holds the title of his favorite director.
In a conversation with IANS about Anurag Basu and “Metro…In Dino”, Pankaj remarked: “He’s an exceptional director. I’ve wished to collaborate with him for years. If he ever considers me for a role, I would love to work on multiple projects with him. He’s truly my favorite director. We can freely visit his sets—there’s no intense preparation or strict planning involved.”
Pankaj elaborated: “I enjoy contributing creatively, which means there isn’t extensive preparation. The action and character are well thought out, but the scenes themselves are flexible. We collaboratively decide how to develop the scene in real-time.”
