Heartfelt tributes have emerged from stars such as Paul McCartney, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Demi Moore.

The iconic Beatles member Paul McCartney shared his grief via Instagram, labeling the situation as a “tragedy.” He voiced his shock, particularly since he had collaborated closely with Reiner over the preceding year.

McCartney mentioned that Reiner directed him in the forthcoming film ‘Spinal Tap II: The End Continues’, recalling him as a “joyful, lovable man.”

“The demise of Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, is an immense tragedy. It's shocking in numerous ways, especially for me, given that I had been working with him over the past year. He directed me in 'Spinal Tap II: The End Continues.' He was genuinely an upbeat, lovable man,”

McCartney expressed. “His father, Carl Reiner, was a legendary humorist, and Rob carried on his legacy by creating many remarkable films. I will forever treasure my memories of Rob, and the thought that he and his wife will no longer be with us is truly heart-wrenching. Thank you for all the laughter, Rob. Rest in Peace. Love, Paul.”

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis described the couple as inseparable in both their personal and professional lives, referring to their loss as “ungraspable.”

She shared, “I will always remember them as they lived: passionate, political, and surrounded by loved ones. Rob and Michele were a united force. We all traveled to Stonehenge for the final concert of Spinal Tap. Rob directed; Michele produced.”

“This image of their beautiful partnership and the stunning appreciation for their creative, familial life is unforgettable. This is an ungraspable tragedy and loss. Let's pray for strength for their children. The world feels emptier without them,” Lee Curtis added.

Hollywood actress Demi Moore also expressed profound sorrow, labeling the loss as “unfathomable.”

Reiner, who transitioned from acting in “All in the Family” to directing films like “This Is Spinal Tap,” “A Few Good Men,” and “When Harry Met Sally…”, was tragically found alongside his wife, having been stabbed to death.
