Mumbai, May 11 (NationPress) Actress Preity Zinta expressed her sincere appreciation to the officials for facilitating a safe exit for everyone from Dharamshala following the air raid warnings in the nearby regions of Jammu and Pathankot.
The 'Veer Zaara' star took to social media, stating, "Finally back home after a whirlwind of events. A big thank you to Indian Railways & our Railway minister Mr. Ashwini Vaishnaw for ensuring both IPL teams, along with officials and families, left Dharamshala safely, swiftly, and comfortably."
She further acknowledged @JayShah, Mr. Arun Dhumal, BCCI, and our CEO Mr. Satish Menon, as well as the operations team of @PunjabKingsIPL for their efforts in coordinating the orderly evacuation from the stadium in Dharamshala. "Everything was managed exceptionally well," she added.
Preity also thanked the fans who attended the match for their calmness during the evacuation.
