Chennai, Feb 7 (NationPress) The legendary actor Rajinikanth has revealed the source of his positive energy.
This iconic figure, known for spreading positive vibes among those who interact with him, attributed his uplifting spirit to the Kriya Yoga he practices.
Currently in Ranchi at the YSS Ashram, he engaged with his fans through a video that is rapidly gaining popularity.
In the video, Rajinikanth shared, “I am at the YSS Ashram in Ranchi. This marks my third visit here, having first come in 2002.”
“Thanks to the Guru's grace, I spent two days here, exploring the ashram. I was especially fortunate to meditate in the Guru's room for an hour yesterday. It’s hard to express how swiftly that hour flew by. I only realized how much time had passed when I emerged from meditation, feeling elated,” Rajinikanth mentioned before unveiling his positivity secret.
“Regarding Kriya Yoga... If people say I radiate energy and they feel positive after meeting me, it’s truly because of my practice of Kriya. Ever since I began this practice, there has been a transformation within me that’s difficult to articulate. It brings about a profound sense of tranquility,” he elaborated.
“I started my Kriya practice in 2002, and now I celebrate 21 years of it. Initially, I didn't notice significant changes, despite my commitment to the practice. There were moments of doubt, wondering if any visible improvements would surface. Nevertheless, I remained dedicated to it because I had committed to the path,” Rajinikanth continued, explaining that the true effects became evident only after 10 to 12 years.
“Kriya has granted me a unique, lasting peace. Even while engaging in worldly tasks, I feel a separation from worldly attachments... Things unfold effortlessly,” he shared, discussing its benefits.
“When a guru holds your hand, they never truly let go. They guide us along our journey. The power of Kriya is known to those who have experienced it. For those unfamiliar, it remains a sacred and secret technique,” Rajinikanth remarked, adding, “Those who understand it are indeed fortunate. It fosters a bond that transcends generations. One must practice Kriya to truly grasp its impact. I have lived this experience.”
Expressing his deep connection to the place, Rajinikanth declared his intention to visit the Ashram annually and spend 7 to 10 days there each time.
