Mumbai, Sep 29 (NationPress) Fans of cinema are always eager to learn every little tidbit about their favorite celebrities. During an Instagram live session on his birthday, Bollywood sensation Ranbir Kapoor was quizzed about the one track he has been playing repeatedly.

While live-streaming on the official social media channel of his fashion label, Arks, the 'Tamasha' star was asked, "What’s that one song you can’t stop listening to at the moment?"

He revealed that he is particularly enamored with the “Barbad” song from Mohit Suri's film “Saiyaara”. The 'Barfi' actor also expressed his affection for the complete playlist of the Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda starrer.

Some of Ranbir's other musical favorites include the soundtrack of “Loka” and the track “Sahiba”.

He mentioned, "One song that I truly adore from last year is Barbad from Saiyaara. I really enjoy that tune. I also appreciate the music from Loka. I recently watched the film and thought it was fantastic. I like Sahiba as well—it's a wonderful song. The Saiyaara soundtrack is exceptional."

"Typically, I am a Spotify Top 50 listener—whether it's the India Top 50 or Global Top 50—and I usually explore music from those playlists. But this is my current favorite list," Ranbir elaborated.

During the same interaction, an Instagram follower inquired, "When will we see RK as a director?"

Ranbir expressed his desire to step into directing soon and mentioned that he has already started working towards it.

He revealed that he has initiated a writer's room to fuel his creativity with fresh ideas.

The 'Wake Up Sid' star confirmed, "I’m eager to direct a film. I have actually set up a writer’s room and I’m attempting to ignite my inspiration with the two concepts I have, and I’m beginning to develop them. It’s definitely on my agenda for the next few years."
